NOTE: A saltwater fishing license is now required in Delaware for all anglers 16 years and older.
 
All motorboats launched from tidal access areas administered by the Division of Fish & Wildlife must be registered in Delaware or have a valid ramp certificate. Ramp certificates cost $35.00 and are available from the Division of Fish & Wildlife or its authorized agents (Any boat without a motor is exempt.)
