The Delaware Duck Stamp Contest was held April 12 at Owens Station in Greenwood, Del. There were 31 entries in the contest. The Best In Show, by artist Richard Clifton of Milford, Del., will be featured as the 2009 Delaware Duck Stamp and will be available for sale on July 1, 2009. Mr. Clifton won the state competition for the fifth time since 1992.

Second place in the duck stamp contest was a painting of an American Goldeneye by George Lockwood of Santa Ynez, Calif.
